Charming semi-detached house with its own separate terrace and small garden. As guests, you are warmly welcomed to the village. Enjoy your own bright and spacious retreat with over 72 sqm of living space. The direct access to the outdoor terrace and the high, electric skylights to the gallery give the living area a special charm. You will find plenty of space and all the comforts you need: washing machine, dishwasher, and an initial supply of bed linen and towels are provided. Every room has a window with insect screens. A parking space with an EV charging station (wallbox with Type 2 plug, use available for an extra fee) is available. The holiday home is centrally located on the North Sea coastal cycle route. By car, it’s about 10 minutes to the North Sea and the nearest natural swimming spot. Shops, doctors, restaurants, and a swimming pool are around 5 km away and easily reached by bike. The train station is less than 2 km away, with hourly trains to Büsum or Heide. The area offers many excursion options: - Wesselburen: shops, bank, restaurants (5 min) - Wesselburenerkoog: mudflat hiking, swimming at the natural beach (10 min) - Eidersperrwerk (10 min) - Heide: shopping, Europe’s largest market square, museums, Brahms House (10 min) - Büsum: beach, harbor, boat trips (15 min) - Tönning: fish market, historic harbor, Multimar Wattforum (20 min) - St. Peter-Ording: long sandy beach, animal park (25 min) - Friedrichstadt: pedal boating, canal tours (25 min) - Husum: harbor, old town, Theodor Storm’s birthplace (30 min) Note for families with young children: The house does not have a baby bed, socket covers, or stair gate.
